The Future of AI: Tesla Cybercab

Elon Musk has developed the future. Everyone knew that autonomous cars would be developed in the future, but no one expected it to start this year. What is the cybercab?

Imagine going outside, and your car is pulling into your driveway. It had a long night, and it's coming back to take you to your workplace before it goes and charges for the rest of the day. Is this confusing? Well, this is a new concept invented by Elon Musk, who says that buying a robotaxi can make money for you while you aren't using it. That just seems CRAZY! Not only would autonomous vehicles be taking you to your destination, but taxi prices would significantly decrease as well! That is truly marvelous! TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS! FOR AN AUTONOMOUS VEHICLE! That is truly cheap. Right now, a Honda Odyssey Minivan costs almost forty thousand dollars. I am curious to figure out how Tesla is planning to keep the prices so low, considering that it seems almost impossible that we will have regular prices anymore. But if he can make it happen, not only would it be a breakthrough in the automotive sector, but it would change the direction of mankind and allow us to enter a different stage of civilization.

Negatives?

No doubt this masterpiece comes with a lot of skepticism. I have many as well, and I just can't comprehend how Elon Musk will be able to pull this off if the highly-anticipated Roadster hasn't come out yet. Cyber tricks have also turned out to not have nearly as much hype as the other Tesla Vehicles such as the Model 3 or the Model Y. It could be that Tesla is just launching this product to stay in the spotlight, or maybe all the hype-up is meant to just gain more positive energy towards the company after many complications regarding Elon Musk and his leadership. There is also a possibility that the Tesla Cybercab will ruin the automotive industry forever, and may monopolize the market because it is well-known that Tesla is far ahead of any other car company in terms of their autonomous vehicle knowledge and future strategy. This may start an economic war and cause companies such as GM or Ford to tank their stock value which can lead to many implications. This all can happen, but to improve humankind, some risks may have to be met, and I believe that Elon Musk understands these risks and is willing to take them to make sure that humans will be able to survive more into the future.

Another Surprise?

This "van" was also launched at Musk's 2024 Tesla Product Launch. I will be blunt about this van and say that this is probably the ugliest vehicle I have ever seen. It doesn't have wheels, and it looks like something out of a sci-fi movie. I like sci-fi movies, but if I have to get into that thing, I will be shaken. I know that the technology in this thing will be off the charts and the fact that it looks like it's hovering makes it much less susceptible to turbulent car rides, but I gotta say Elon, that is the ugliest way you could've made the van. Tesla states that this van would be able to carry around 20 people, which is significantly larger than many vans of that same size, which usually carry around 10-15 people tops. However, I would argue that this van doesn't take into account any storage space, or maybe they fit only tiny humans into it. Whatever the case, I highly doubt that this vehicle will carry 20 people. I highly doubt and hope that only the technology part of this vehicle will come out.

Final Thoughts

I LOVE the future that seems to be heading our way. Elon Musk has been doing a great job in terms of leading this company to become more of a developer of the future than a monopolizing company. The Tesla Cybercab seems to be a god given invention, and the price is crazy. I love the idea of always having a car to work with, and I like the idea of having cars always being used rather than sitting in parking lots all day. The robo-van is also pretty cool, but Elon, I hope you will talk with the person who designed this abomination and change the design. Thats all for the month, have a GREAT MONTH!
